The time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the provider, payment method, financial institution, and processing procedures. ExtremeCarRental does not control the processing time of third-party refunds.
In certain circumstances, a rental provider may cancel, modify, or be unable to fulfill a reservation due to availability issues, operational circumstances, vehicle restrictions, or other reasons.
If a provider cancels or cannot fulfill your reservation, any available refund, replacement option, or other remedy will generally be handled according to the provider's applicable policies and booking terms.
